Dr. Kela Weber has been the Director of ESG since 2016, and he leads ESG's fundamental research program.
As a long standing member of ESG, Darren works closely with Dr Weber and the ESG management team to organize and deliver annual defence-based research projects.
Jennifer does risk assessments plus site investigation, remediation, and monitoring work. She has enjoyed traveling across Canada and meeting many sponsors and communities.
Tamsin leads ESG's science team for diverse aquatic and biology-related projects. She enjoys applying strong scientific approaches for innovative and practical ecosystem management.
Iris supervises environmental chemistry research in arsenic speciation and PFAS analysis, while also specializing in human health risk assessments. She manages ESG's analytical lab.
Malaya leads ESG's flourishing GIS team. She loves diving into data and using cartographic visualization to support environmental management.
Courtney is passionate and experienced in species-at-risk monitoring and Ecological Land Classification, and she also contributes GIS data management and cartography expertise.
Jess is one of ESG's contaminated sites leaders. She has a background in northern hydrology research and has always had an interest in water and water sciences.
Thomas works on water, sediment and benthic monitoring and is part of the ESG operations team. He also supports Canadian Armed Forces sampling programs all over the world.

Anna is a research biologist dealing with species-at-risk and invasive species monitoring. She has a background in wildlife ecology and is passionate about habitat restoration.
Maddie is a member of ESG's contaminated sites team where her appreciation for the environment inspires her work.
Celine is a research biologist at ESG who primarily works on species-at-risk projects. She is passionate about protecting and preserving Canada's biodiversity.
