Nancy graduated from Queen's University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Commerce.

She loved Kingston so much she stayed after graduation and was hired at ESG in 2003. Shortly after starting at ESG, Nancy decided to further her education and became a Chartered Professional Accountant. Nancy uses her professional accounting skills and expertise in excel to manage ESG's finances, which includes budgeting, forecasting, creating government contracts and finalizing year end. She has helped develop tracking tools in excel that helps manage employee hours by project, allocate resources appropriately, and share information in a much more efficient manner.

She now works remotely as her family relocated away from Kingston, but she enjoys meeting up with colleagues as much as possible.
