Mike started his career with a diploma from Loyalist College in the field of corrections, and later, went on to take Media Studies at Capilano College in North Vancouver. He joined ESG in 2008.

He brought to ESG all the logistics and management skill he gained from over 12 years in the restaurant industry, 10 years in the film industry - where he learned to sync film dailies, schedule post production and then eventually be a producer for animation and special effects - and 5 years in human resources. He manages the ESG operational portfolio: the logistics of sample management, purchasing, travel, shipping, warehouse management, and contracting. Mike also supports ESG's human resources and administration.

After working remotely for the last couple of years he is extremely happy to be back in the office and seeing everyone again.
