
She is a professional engineer with a degree in environmental engineering and has been with ESG since 2002.
Shari specializes in the characterization and remediation of contaminated sites and long-term environmental monitoring, particularly in Arctic and remote locations. She has managed and conducted numerous Phase II and III environmental site assessment projects in provinces and territories across Canada in accordance with the applicable legislation, including the CSA standards and Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 153/04, on behalf of various federal government departments and agencies. Shari has been a key team member in the DEW Line Cleanup Project with DND during the site remediation and continues to provide quality assurance and project expertise to support the project in the Long Term Monitoring phase. Her extensive expertise in addressing complex northern projects encompasses a wide range of environmental challenges unique to these areas. Shari also plays a pivotal role in ESG personnel management and training. Her areas of expertise include contaminated site assessment, long-term monitoring programs, remote site work, sponsor communications and project management.
