Jennifer Joubert

Intermediate Risk Assessor & Analytical Manager

Jennifer has over 15 years of experience in the environmental industry. She has a B.A. in geography (2005) and an Environmental Technician diploma (2007). She started working at ESG following her work placement in 2007 and worked there until 2015. She returned to ESG in 2020.

Jennifer began her environmental career providing scientific support for the DEW Line Clean Up and participated in the environmental remediation at several DEW Line sites, and based on her extensive DEW Line knowledge she has supported the development of the Environmental Disclosure Reports for all 21 sites. She has many years of experience in site investigation, remediation, human health and ecological risk assessment and long-term monitoring. Jennifer also has experience in supporting the annual monitoring report requirements within the Canadian North mining sector such as: hydrology, vegetation monitoring, air quality and wildlife & wildlife habitat annual reports. She has provided scientific environmental support to many sponsors across Canada. Jennifer has a strong background in collecting environmental samples and providing high quality technical reports to sponsors and clients. As ESG's analytical manager, Jennifer has managed the analytical requests between ESG and the analytical laboratories. She has also managed the on-site storage of research and technical samples including international samples.

Jennifer works often from the ESG office. When not at work she is often shuttling children from school, camps, and activities. Jennifer loves working out in her home gym and going to yoga.
